I always thought that fresh flowers on cake could only be put on the same day unless maybe the cake can be put in refrigeration overnight.
If anyone has any input on using fresh flowers on cake please help.
The bride was suggesting that she put flowers on cake the day before.
Thanks
Brenda

That would be great if she wants dead flowers in her cake cutting photos. Not a good idea. She could use a little arrangement in a pot on top of the cake if it has oasis and water in it.

Wellllllll, yes they could be *IF* they are put into those little water containers Wilton has out.
Not sure, but it also might work if the stems are wrapped in wet cotton and stuck into a straw.
Problem w/either method is how thristy are the flowers (is there enough water for the flower to last) and one ends up with a 'holey' cake - especially if those water spikes are usedicon_sad.gif
