Can anyone tell me how to use Ateco meringue powder? I have always used the Wilton brand, but yesterday I bought the Ateco brand and it has some different instructions outside the tub on how to prepare buttercream. Do I follow those instructions or do I use it just like the Wilton in the Wilton's buttercream recipe? Thanks in advance for any input.
