I made some plain chocolate decorations, i place them in a dry- dark place and I still get some caco stains on them. Can I clean them???

I don't think there's anything to be done about this, I'm so.rry to say. These stains occur because the cocoa butter is separating from the rest of the chocolate. The only thing I know to do to prevent them is to keep them in a cooler place (but not the fridge), since it's heat that makes this happen. And when I say heat regarding chocolate, I'm talking about in the 80s, not the 90s or 100s-
