What is the standard height for a sheet cake? Are they usually just one layer of cake or can you make it two layers? Thank you.

Standard is usually 2" and one layer. You can certainly make it two layers (4" tall)... those are normally called "kitchen cakes".

Thank you. My cake is not quite 2 inches and I thought it looked a little small, but I can put a nice layer of frosting on it. icon_razz.gif
