A friend of mine asked me to make her wedding cake and she wants to have a tier of fresh roses in between her cake tiers. Does anyone have any advice on how I should do this properly? Any tips would be amazing!
If you use a two-plate separator system, the fresh flowers won't come into contact with the cake between the tiers:
i would just buy some pillars or one of those stands with the tube in the middle
If you're using SPS, and I hope you are, use the multi-piece legs, using the 5" base piece and one, 2" extension. That will create 3" of airspace for the flowers. Easy-breezy.
