I have a really good friend whos birthday is coming up and i want to do something special for her. I really want to do cake pops ( the rose ones) with modeling chocolate for the roses.... however i am wanting the cakepops to be chocolate with creamcheese buttercream... which would need to be refridgerated. So my question is, can i put modeling chocolate in the fridge?

Modeling chocolate is completely fine in the fridge. Your friend will love the cake pops!
