Im making a 3 tiered cake for this weekend and don't have time to make the last tier tonight but the batter is already made - im using the WASC recipe found on this website - is it ok for it to sit overnight in the fridge (covered) and bake the last tier in the morning? Thank you!

yes. Bakeries all across the country store batter for later baking. They couldn't survive without doing it.
