I am making Rose's French Genoise, which askes to bake 25-35 min in 120 deg F. I am going to double the recipe and my question is how long should I bake the cake?
Double the recipe to bake in one large pan? (And double check your posted bake temp.)
the temp was a typo, obviously it was 350 deg F! thanks for pointing that out. And yes double the recipe and bake it on a 10X3 inches round pan (original recipe calls for 9X2 inches pan). will it fit? and what will be the baketime?
