Hi everyone! So, I own a small baked goods business that sells at local farmers markets. I just came up with a new recipe, but I'm having trouble finding acceptable affordable packaging.
The new product is a frosted brownie. The frosting is delicious, but very sticky. In order to comply with the protocols, they must be sealed and prepackaged to sell at the markets. Any good suggestions on how to package them in a way that the frosting won't stick?
Thanks!!!
Sounds like you need some clamshell containers. You may be able to find them at Sams or Costco. If you order them online, you'll probably have to buy 100+.
