The batter actually went in the frig about 1pm. Will it still be ok if I dont use it until tomorrow morning? Does it need to come up to room temp or can I use it straight out of the frig?

Although I guess I need to add coloring to it, so that is probably easier if it is room temp.

I have left my batter in the fridge up to a week. I use it right out of the fridge, not even letting it come to room temperature and it works great!

thanks! I guess I will find out today. I accidentally cooked one yesterday, forgetting to put in the food coloring before I baked it. So i have that one from yesterday to taste test...assuming my family doesn't taste test it all away first. LOL!
