Can anyone tell me about how long a 6" heart shaped pan should take to cook using the WASC recipe?
The pan is the Fat Daddio.
Unfortunately there are too many factors involved in accurately answering the question. Cooking times vary by geographic location, humidity, oven, etc.. I would personally put it in for 25 minutes, then check on it every 5 minutes or so, but that's what works for me based on where I live, etc.. Hth.
