I have tried searching for storing tips but only see how to store royal icing. Nothing says if there is a way to store it once you mix it to use as flood icing. Is there anyway of doing it or do you just make small amounts??

Thank you for you help!

Just put it in something airtight. No need to refrigerate. You can give it another beating before using it again if you need to. I've kept it for several weeks this way, although I'm pretty sure that's longer than you should.

Thank you... I know you can do that to the straight royal icing but didn't think you could for the flood icing too. Will give it another shot.

Unless your flood icing is something other than RI with a little more water in it, which is what I use, you're okay.
