I'm in desperate need of a tasty chocolate frosting recipe that I can use as filling for a fondant cake. Does anyone have a good recipe that is ok to be left out on the counter for a day or two? Thanks so much!!!!!
Ganache! 2:1 (choc:cream) ratio by weight. Search the website for trouble shooting, there are loads of pages on it. It's amazing and can be left out for at least a week
