Good evening to all, I need help, How much would you charge to give a class. Includes showing her how to make 2 cake recipes, Simple syrup & 2 frosting. She would put all the baking material. In those recipes. I will give her 3 more recipes to do on her own... How much would you charge? Thanks for reading and responding... icon_smile.gif

When we gave private baking lessons we charged $60-70/hour (based on instruction hours). To set your hourly charge you need to add up your total costs including ingredients, labor (both prep time and instruction hours), and overhead on a per-class basis, then add your markup and divide by the minimum number of hours the lesson will take.
