When we gave private baking lessons we charged $60-70/hour (based on instruction hours). To set your hourly charge you need to add up your total costs including ingredients, labor (both prep time and instruction hours), and overhead on a per-class basis, then add your markup and divide by the minimum number of hours the lesson will take.
