Wow, good to see a trusted brand do so well. Love KAF stuff. Haven't tried the cake mix. Probably will, but it is too expensive to use for most things. Use the DH Golden Butter recipe often. Sounds like if you use parchment it is a good choice. Glad to see it ranked high.

I'd never use the King Arthur--to expensive for a mix and more expensive than scratch--but I do like the BC Golden Vanilla a lot and I also use the DH.
