Help! I need to make a roller skating rink with two 3-D roller skates make of cake. Does anyone have a great tutorial?

I don't know of a tutorial on making 3D roller skate, but, I wanted to ask does the roller skates have to be made out of cake? If not, you can make the cake portion be the roller rink and then make the roller skates out of RKTs.
