Attatching Modeling Chocolate Roses

So I'm making a 3 tier death by chocolate wedding cake this coming weekend. The bride want chocolate roses which I made from modeling chocolate. Originally they were going to circling each tier but she contacted me today and wants them to cascade down the cake instead. icon_eek.gif This is my first time even using modeling chocolate. What would be the best thing to use to attatch the roses to the sides of the cake with out having to use wires. Also this cake is being done in buttercream if that helps. TIA
