I was given the half eggs. The ones you fill with chocolate and homemade peanut butter filling... I was wondering if anyone had a peanut butter filling they would share with me and to tell me how to make the eggs and what kind of chocolates... Never made them before and want to order everything I need at once.. =)

I don't know about eggs but I made pb chocolate cups before. I made my filling with a marshmellow creme to which I added smooth pb.

I coated the mold with the chocolate candy melts and after it was hard, I filled the cups, then added chcolate on top to seal it up.

I would think it would be the same process. HTH

I make pb cups all the time.. I use pb,icing sugar and a little corn syrup,to mix smooth. For the chocolate I use callibeau or Lindt or any good chocolate with a high cocoa content. The merkin wafers are not chocolate they are compound.... Meaning wax based so called chocolate wafers... Hope this helps... Therese
