Edible Image Printer Advice....

hi everyone i have just started considering an edible image printer and i would like your opinions on the best brand for the money...have no clue and i would really appreciate some help...thanks so much!

I think it will depend on which brand or company you will be buying your food coloring and cartridges from. I use KopyKake and have only used them. So I use a canon printer, always have and I guess I always will HP can also be used for this brand. I've read some cakers use epson.

Its not really so much on the brand as it is on the handling of the equipment and food coloring. This is not a "Set it and Forget it" system. Requires attention and patience. I personally do not recommend it for an occasional user, because the head dries up and many users get frustrated with it.

I use mine often I print for many of my fellow cakers and bakers so I print an average of 15 sheets per week.
I still give it lots of attention so the colors are crisp.
