Roll out two small balls of gumpaste/fondant shaping the feet and knees. Put a small piece of spaghetti to help attach to body. Dry with the feet standing up so she looks like she is doing a split. Roll out two small balls and shape the hands bend a little at the elbow so you can rest them on her legs. Place a piece of spaghetti on the upper arm to help attach to body. Take a larger piece of gumpaste/fondant and make almost a tear drop shape this is for the body. The color of the body should be whatever color you want her leotard to be. I would let it dry just a bit before attaching the arms & legs but not totally dry or you won't be able to attach them. For the skirt, roll out some gumpaste and then pick it up & pleat it to look like a ruffle. When you put the ruffle, place around her middle in an upside down position, with pleats on the inside. Attach ruffle & press the bottom edge against her "leotard". For face, roll a piece of gumpaste into a ball, indent for the eyes, mouth and place a tiny piece for the nose. I would also use a piece of spaghetti to help support the head. If you don't have an extruder, you can roll out very thin piece of fondant & glue to the head for hair. HTH
