Hi ! I'm making a cake for Saturday and I'm not sure if it's ok to leave it room temperature. ( for 2 nights)
The cake is vanilla with buttercream covered with fondant. I'm not sure about the fondant being in the fridge and not sure the cake being room temperature?!

Hi, if there isn,t any perisable fillings in it, it will surely be safe for those 2 night. Also up to 5 days. hth
