Hello to all!

Ok, so I made a bailey's irish cream cheesecake with a oreo and tsted pecan crust. I was wondering if I should use coffee whipping cream topping, or would minty whipped topping work at all? Like a light taste of mint taste..nothing heavy since this is for St. Patty's day..I wanted some thoughts because the topping it comes with is coffee but I thought minty would be kind of yummy..Any suggestions vs just plain ole' whipped topping..Thanks!!

You've got a lot of flavor going on in the actual cheesecake and crust, why not use a basic heavy whipping cream with the normal touch of vanilla and let the cheesecake itself take the spotlight!

If you wanted to make a mint chocolate drizzle that would be just a touch of the mint and pretty too!

ok..would a dab of mint in the whipping cream be too much instead of mint choc. drizzle? Thanks!
