Hey all! I just had a request for a gf chocolate wedding cake. I normally do a white cake, and have no problems, but I just realized that I don't have a chocolate cake recipe. I searched CC and didn't find anything, although I found some really amazing wedding cakes that were chocolate gf cakes. Would anybody mind sharing their gf chocolate cake recipe with me? I use my regular chocolate cake recipe and replace my flour with Cup4Cup. It is a gluten free flour blend available at William Sonoma.
