can I use white chocolate creamer instead of water in my white cake mix? I am baking right now and realized I don't have enough white chocolate pudding.

I don't see why not. Liquid creamer, right? measure it by volume, to make sure you have the right amount. It won't weigh the same as water.

Thanks! I did use liquid creamer, measured 1 1/3 cup same as water amount called for and luckily it was FANTASTIC!! Thank you for your response, I just got lucky that it turned out great as I had already mixed batter by the time you were kind enough to respond...thanks again!!
