Best place is probably Global Sugarart. They have the biggest selection, good prices and have improved the shipping options.

I suggest something near you, such as a garden center/flower and plant nursery. Then you wouldn't have to pay shipping.

There are many and you have to decide on things like size and cost but my favorites are FMM, JEM, PME and Sunflower. The first 3 are plastic but come in a variety of flowers. The PME are plunger cutters that also vein your flower. Sunflower are metal but sometime have the most realistic petal shapes. It can be overwhelming but also fun to choose. Good Luck!

I bought a set of 20 PME plunger cutters that give wonderful veining details for $11 from Ebay... they are good quality and do the job well!
