some people say you can put it in the fridge and when you take it out let it at room tempeture and then beat again until it gets the consistency, but most of the recipe say "Use immediately" please!!! I alredy did it thinking it was going to be the same as ITMB. Help!!!! I don't want to eat it all by my self at ones jijiji . Its for a cake this week.
Here is how I do it:
It's fine in the fridge for a few days/week. I've had some in the fridge for 2-3 weeks that was fine. If you don't use it all after frosting the cake, you can freeze it.
