I'm preparing to make a cake that is 4 foot tall. I'm not sure just how to cover it in fondant. Should I do it in sections and use steam to seam the edges. To make it lookalike one piece?
Any and all help is appreciated
What shape is it? For cakes that are sooo much taller than they are wide, I prefer to wrap the fondant around the cake (seam in the back) and cap the top after.
