I have had the cupcakes at their store and I have made the vanilla one from the book - they are drastically different. The ones from the store were very good, the ones from the book were dry - not much flavor. I think that they obviously have a "secret" ingredient that they aren't sharing - why would they want anyone to copy their recipes exactly....although I would love to!
