I'm getting ready to make a cake for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary icon_biggrin.gif I'm new to cake making, but I really enjoy making gumpaste flowers. The only problem is that my grandmas favorite flower is a gardenia. Does anyone have instructions on how to make these? It would be really appriciated
Thanks in advance

If you have time to order, Nicholas Lodge has a great DVD on Gardenias and Peonies - extremely detailed and very reasonably priced. His shop offers fast shipping and great customer service. They can also ship whatever supplies you need to make them - wires, cutters, veiners, dusts, floral tape, whatever.
