I have a 50 pound bag of this that I have not tried. Does anyone know if there is a recipe that I can use that is similar to the WASC recipe?
What is the recipe instructions on the side? Is it a just add water, or an add water, eggs and oil?
I used that when I had my bakery. Follow the basic instructions given then add the WASC extra ingredients. Unfortunately I was making 20# of mix at a time so I can't help you break it down - plus it was some 5-6 yrs ago and I don't remember the recipe I did use.
