Hi everybody. Im hoping somebody may be able to help. I am making fondant roses to put on buttercream. How do I seal the fondant to prevent it absorbing moisture from the buttercream?
Many thanks,Sue

I always put my fondant decorations directly on the BC. I've never had a problem.

Just let the roses dry for a day or two or even a week or more. I've never heard of trying to seal them.
