Pls, how do I dress a cake with coconut and almond? I'm really confused. Do I use buttercream and dessicated coconut? Will d almonds be I powder form or nuts? Pls advice

Yes definitely use buttercream. That's the only way they will stick. Use shredded coconut and toast it to make it more flavorful and give it a pretty brown color. I would use chopped almonds and toast those as well (again, flavor). Then put them in a big bowl. Hold the cake in your hand over the bowl and just take handfuls of the nuts and coconut and just press them onto the sides of the cake. It's really easy! You can do it!
