What is the best type of buttercream to use under fondant? I really like the tast of SMBC, but I'm not sure how well it would hold up under the fondant. icon_smile.gif

I've used SMBC under fondant before without any issues, so you should be fine.

SMBC is great under fondant. Just chill it and you will have a rock hard surface to work with. Beautiful!
