I made the WBH House Buttercream and it said to whip 10-20 min until fluffy. i did that and its still silky smooth. Not fluffy at all. It did not double in size either. Is this normal? Will it still hold a flower shape? What can I do?
WBH Icing isn't supposed to be fluffy but rather smooth and silky..I make this icing all the time...It will pipe for flowers etc but has to be very cold as when it gets warm it kinda metls.It also doesn't double in size like you imagine...If it looks smooth and creamy it is right!!
