I made some white chocolate fondant this evening (mff), but I am about a pound short. I don't have quite all the ingredients to make another batch. Poor planning I guess. I do have about a pound of Pettinice and a little bit of white chocolate pearl clay. I'm wondering if it would work to just mix those together with my batch of mff fondant to be sure there's enough. Would anyone notice (other than me)?

Thanks for the input!

I'd mix in the Pettinice (since it amounts to what you are short) and not the chocolate. It would probably be *okay* but the chocolate clay will be more of a different workability than the two fondants.

Thanks for the replies. So glad it will blend together alright and I won't have to be stuck trying to stretch what I have too thin. I'm just hoping it doesn't affect the flavor too much. But then, I'd probably be the only one to notice. Thanks again!
