Someone has asked me to make a cake similar to the castle on a hill one on this page:

I'm still extremely new to this cake making business icon_smile.gif

How would you recommend doing the hill? I know how to go about the castle itself, but not sure about the rest of the cake.

Thanks in advance xxx[/img]

This is a cake from Debbie Brown's Enchamted Cakes book. I even made a much simplified version myself once. The book has great instructions. There are also many of these cakes on here! The trick is a long fondant snake for the road and then cover the whole thing in 1 piece of fondant. Go to B&N or the library and check it out! So many good ideas in there!
