What is the best way to store the IMBC and how do you thaw it if refrigerated?
You can store it in an airtight container and keep it on the counter if you're using it the next day. I leave mine out for about two days before I refrigerate it. Just set it on the counter (covered) and let it come to room temperature before you whip it again. Don't try to beat it cold. It will be like beating a cold stick of butter.
