Hi all! I am wanting to make some of the high hat cupcakes but was wondering if it would actually work with the Bettercream (cool whip) icing that you can buy at Sams in the big bucket?? Would it work or would the icing melt off, lol!
I haven't tried it before but IMO it would melt, also I don't think it could hold the chocolate which is quite heavy comparing to Cool Whip cream. You would probably be better off with the Marsh mellow icing
