Does anyone have a recipe for a light and low-fat topping and filling for a cake? Perhaps a whipped cream or anything light and low-fat to decorate a cake with. I am looking for something to fill and cover a fresh fruit topped cake with berries and strawberries.

Try 7-minute frosting, has no fat in it. I don't have the recipe at the moment as I'm typing on my phone, but you can google it. Some of its ingredients are egg whites and sugar (no butter or other types of fat).
