Hi guys
Im making my sons 3rd bday cake paul frank themed and I have never stacked teirs before. Any tips would be very appreciated icon_smile.gif


Also Im using fondant, his party is Saturday can I make the cake on friday night and then cover it? Will it be ok to leave it out for a few hours

I would probably bake on Thursday and then cover the cake Friday. That way you're not rushing on the day of the party. The fondant will act as a seal and keep the cake moist.

Stacking is not hard, just be sure to cut your dowels to the same length. I don't use a center dowel unless I'm taking the cake somewhere in the car.
