Bake> fill> frost> decorate> box> deliver. Do that 7 times. icon_biggrin.gif

If you didn't know how to manage 7 cakes, why did you take so many on? I barely can do 2. I'll just say, the freezer is your friend! Bake now and decorate accordingly.

We used to regularly make 8-12 cakes every weekend, they were relatively simple of course. As stated above, the freezer is your friend...with many recipes a cake can stay fresh for a month or longer if frozen and thawed correctly.
