Hi, I have been working for a bakery for a few years now and recently our cakes that are decorated with bettercream are running. The color is running no matter what color it is. We thought it was an issue just with the darker colors, but it is any color. It is random cakes that are doing this. Does anyone else have issues with running. Or if anyone has any suggestions on why this is happening it would be helpful. We are considering not decorating anymore with the bettercream, just base icing in it. But we would prefer not to have to do this. Thanks in advance for your answers!
