hello everyone! i have an order i'm starting for sunday and i need to know which tip to use for the cupcake swirl and how to re create these cake pops. I seen the maker of them said to mix luster dust with lemon extract, can i use something else instead like clear vanilla extract? also, is that purple sanding sugar on them or something else.

thank you in advance for your replies

yes to the clear vanilla extract. Cake glitter not sanding sugar.

I think the tip is the standard 1M? tip. just swirled from the inside out to get the flower like effect.
Very beautiful pics!

For the cake pops, she uses chocolate (for those, purple) and swirls the pops, and while still wet, sprinkle with purple sanding sugar. The coating must be completely dry first.

for the cake pops - are they coated in candy melts? If so, can food coloring be added to candy melts? Wondering how this color purple was achieved....hoping to recreate it but try it in a similar shade of blue.
