Help!!! Sugar Shack's Chocolate Buttercream

I made my first full batch of Sugar Shack's chocolate buttercream. I must say it tastes delicious, but one problem......it turned out very stiff. I can hardly squeeze through the bag. Need advise on the best way to rectify this. Should I just add more creamer/hot water mix until it gets where I want it? Do I need to re-mix this? Just do not want to ruin this large batch. TIA
