Hi,
I need to carve a cake so I want it to be a little more dense. Is pudding cake a better choice?
If so how do I make a pudding cake from a bc cake mix?
TIA

Hi

Have you tried the WASC on here as of yet?

This cake is awesome and dense enough to carve but at the same time its moist. alot of ppl use it to carve their cakes.

Also, if your going to use a BC mix and add the pudding you will want to foloow the recipe on the box for a pound cake. You add 1 pkg of pudding mix, 1 cup of water, and1 extra egg. follow the oil content on the pkg.
