I have prepared a batch of Sugar Shack's chocolate icing which contains butter, but no milk. Just wondering if I can store this @ room temp for a week or if I should store in the fridge. If it's better in the fridge I assume I would just take out and let it get to room temp before icing with it, correct? TIA
It should be fine out on the kitchen counter, but it wouldn't hurt to store it in the fridge either. And yes you would just let it come to room temp first.
