Hey, I'm considering purchasing a Southbend Double Stack Silver Star gas convection oven and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this brand.
Convection gas ovens are not good for cake baking. It dries them out.
I heard the same thing and it's a non issue with my gas convection oven. Where needed you can add more moisture to the recipe.
Having used both gas and electric convection ovens, I MUCH prefer gas. I was asking about the brand specifically.
