I have to bake 140 cupcakes and 13 smallish cakes, if anyone can help me I would like to precook and store before icing due the amount plus I can only bake at weekends due to work commitments ,
I am a new to all this any advice on how I can store and how long they will remain fresh would be great
I dont see any reason why you wouldnt be able to freeze your cupcakes bc we freeze cakes all the time Just be sure to wrap them very well in saran wrap first and them foil, a ziplock freezer bag and freeze. when your ready for them, leave wrapped until thawed and then decorate as you please.
