I'm new in the cake business and so far I love it!! lately I read about people sending cakes by mail, ??? but how can they do this?? Can you freeze an already decorated cake??? what about the fondant?? or the frosting?? it doesnt stick to the wrap paper when its thawing?? I wonder if any of you guys have done it and if the cake arrived in good conditions. Thanks
